During this day, explore the charming medieval village of Óbidos where you’ll be taken centuries back in time, walking through its narrows streets with old white washed houses completely surrounded by the old castle walls. Enjoy also a free time in Fátima to visit the Sanctuary of Fátima, one of the most important Christian sites in the world. In this trip you will also make a stop in Batalha to visit the Monastery of Batalha, the biggest example in Portugal of the late gothic Portuguese style, where you can find a mix of the gothic style with the Manuelino Art, symbol of the Portuguese maritime expansion. To finish this amazing day you’ll visit Nazaré, a picturesque fishing village with well-preserved traditions, amazing beaches and views of the Ocean, worldwide known for the giant waves surfed by Hawaiian Garrett McNamara and others.

Morning

Departure from Lisbon towards Óbidos.

Walk in the village of Óbidos.

Tour to visit Nazareth and its beaches.

 

Afternoon

Tour to Batalha to visit the Monastery of Batalha.

Follow to Fatima and visit the Sanctuary.

Return to Lisbon.
